At SAGO Financial, we have limited our lender list to 25-30 lenders. Most
Net Branch companies have 250 plus lenders on their list. How can you
earn any creditability with these partners if you spread yourself too thin.
Let's face it, you truly only need 2-3 "A" Paper lenders, the same on
ALT-A and maybe 5-6 when doing Sub-Prime loans. Quite frankly, we
are running out of lenders, so this allows us to go back to the way things
used to be.
