Tools of the Trade
The one thing we have done is try to understand all aspects of the mortgage
industry and retaining good employees is to offer everything possible to ensure their
success is met.
We have several platforms based on the experience and the type of environment
that each loan officer desires to work from. Some like to work from their home, they
might have a family to watch and need the flexibility to meet those need and others
like the regiment of working with others in an atmosphere that keeps them
motivated. Everyone is different and we want to make certain that we are able to
understand the needs and desire of each and everyone.
As far as the lack experience, we can accommodating you with this as well. We will
have scheduled in-house training as well as we will be placing these video taped
training sessions via our training website. Also someone needing more experience
and training may be placed under one of our mentors in their local area to help
teach them and give them guidance they need to become a better loan officer.

grow based on their needs and skill level. Most companies limit their employees and
