Every company has the desire to grow their business to a level that achieves great
numbers and strength, so we believe in this duplication theory. We are now looking
to hire other loan professionals to grow our company and we have a few programs
that will allow you to earn a good income from recruiting these other loan officers
that are actively producing loans.
First of all we have the straight out recruiting for new originators and get paid for
each loan they close and fund. For every loan they fund you will receive a check for
$50.00, if it is a refinance and our sister company does the title work you will receive
another $100.00. We will have to be an employee of the title company as well and
work as a Title Marketer.
Secondly, depending on your experience as a loan originator, you can mentor other
loan originators as well and give them a percentage of the gross fees collected, you
pay a small fee and you keep the rest. Refer to the Mentor Program for more
details. Under this program you wont receive any title marketing commissions. We
are very compliant to the State and Federal statutes and must maintain our policies
as such, but still fair enough to earn a great income for your efforts.
