This program was designed to allow an individual that has the experience in the
mortgage industry and knows how to manage other loan professionals. You must be
able to help others prospect new loans, understand the procedures of placing and
pricing loans and also help with closing each deal based on the underwriting
guidelines.
Compensation for this will program is sort of like having your own branch, with the
exception that you will use our corporate address on the 1003 application. We will
offer to pay for some of your expenses from the proceeds that you earn through the
origination of your loans. The remaining profits will be paid as a W-2 employee.
Sometimes we will hire a loan officer that needs help and training in your local area,
so we will offer to have you Mentor this individual and allow an override
compensation for their efforts as well as yours for helping them. Any loan officer that
is under this mentor program has the right to break away from the mentor if they are
experienced and capable of producing and managing their own business. Either
Mentor or Company may approve this change if the loan officer is ready for such
advancement.
